On to day 2 of Glow in the Dark Week? CERTAINLY! I have another of the Ninja Polishes to show you today - and this one is my favorite! :) Howling Blue Moon is a gorgeous, shimmery, bright blue by day, glowing blue by night! There's little moons in the polish as well, and my only complaint about this polish is I wish the moons were easier to fish out and put on the nail!
Isn't it pretty? Pictured is two coats of Howling Blue Moon over a white base. This polish would be just fine on it's own in two coats, but I wanted to make sure. Normally, all my GITDs need a base...so give this one higher marks :) And now for the glow?

It really glows! The picture isn't the best, which I hate, but it really shows the glow! I like GITD polishes that glow another color other than the traditional green. This one skyrockets to the top of my favorites! Well, behind the
orange GITD pumpkin polish anyway.
