The one with Wet n Wild Sparkle Til Morning eye shadow palette!

Ooooh you get to see my eye today!!!! But...well, with my limited eye make-up skills, it's really just looks like I've got a big old black eye! :) I picked up one of the limited edition Wet n Wild eye shadow palettes, the one I particularly like, Sparkle 'Til Morning. It's full of rich browns and bronzes, with a nice teal thrown in.

I'm a very fall-toned color girl. I love peaches and browns and bronzes. For the longest time, those were the ONLY colors in my make-up bag! Can you believe it? I so needed to branch out, and this palette is a start.

The shadows are very pigmented - especially that dark brown one. Wow. It really sticks in a make-up brush as well! hahahah So, seeing as how having this bright blue shadow is a huge step, I decided to try an eye look with this palette...it took me 5 tries before it stopped completely looking like a serious black eye...

Looks good huh? This is what my eye looks like closed...

hahahah No definition, no rhyme or reason. It just looks like a big old mess! But I'm learning. Always learning! What do you guys think of these colors? Will you pick up this palette if you get the chance? I really enjoy the colors, and I see myself using this palette a lot more in the future! ...I just hope next time I do a better job...

**DISCLAIMER** I was not paid for this review by anyone. I either purchased these products myself or were given gifts from friends . I am not a professional nail tech or make-up artist, nor do I want to be. I'm just someone who enjoys polishing my own nails and experimenting with make-up! :)

  2. I did an eye look with this on my blog as well, love the pigmentation! The trick is to barely use any & I like using a flat shadow brush & small detailer brushes.

    1. I used a flat shadow brush and a medium sized detailer brush. Maybe I need to go smaller!

  3. I don't have this palette but I have another one and I *LOVE* it. Wet N Wild is really a fantastic company, their cosmetics are outstanding for the price you pay.

  4. I own this palette, too and I really like it. I am a neutrals girl but my eye really latched on to that teal. I used it for a pop of colour along my lower lash line but it didn't give great payoff. I'll have to try it on my lid. :)
